Offer to save tutorial position on Emacs exit

* lisp/tutorial.el (tutorial--buffer): New variable (bug#27998).
(tutorial--save-on-kill): Use it.
(help-with-tutorial): Set it and add new function to
kill-emacs-query-functions.
